September 2015 newsletter

As we approach Rosh Hashana, I would like to offer new year wishes:
...that we will always care about the values Israel represents.
...that we will keep on aiming to realize the prophets' vision - and our own.
...that we will continue to work toward a better life for future generations in Israel and around the world.

Thanks to our many supporters and friends, our message of hope went out in the past year to thousands of participants - youth and adults from North America and Europe - who visited us and met with local Arab youngsters, heard them, got to know them, recognized their similarities and respected their differences.

As we reflect on our achievements and what we still need to do we realize that, with the help of our friends and partners, our vision is achievable.   More than that, there has been progress.   The Galilee is not the place it was a decade ago.   We can feel that it is more peaceful, more tolerant, and safer.   And we are proud that we played our part in that, and that our supporters made it happen.   And that we will continue on the long path to bring about our full vision of the Galilee as a model for a pluralistic, tolerant, shared society of all its citizens.

Wishing you and yours a Shana Tova Umetuka, and may you be inscribed and sealed for a good year,
